Instructor candidates progress through the appropriate SBL training and certification pathway.

Who can become an SBL instructor?

The pathway is determined by the SBL organisation and its senior instructors.

What is involved in instructor development?

Becoming an instructor involves more than learning techniques.

An instructor needs to understand the SBL system, communicate effectively, demonstrate appropriately, support students and uphold the values and standards of SBL.

Certification is based on the practitioner's development, knowledge, ability and readiness to teach.
